Lynell was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2010. Before being elected to the Board, he served on a credit committee of Ferguson FCU from 2005–2008. Lynell retired from Georgia Pacific LLC after 32 years of service as a Reliability and Maintenance Engineer. Currently works as a consultant project manager in the pulp and paper industry. Received a degree in industrial electrical technologies and is a certified reliability engineer. He has been married for 40 years, has two adult children, and four grandchildren. Lynell is a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church in Summit, MS, where he serves as Chairman of the Board of Deacons. He volunteers in his community for youth and young adult career development. His favorite motto is, "Don't let what you can't do keep you from doing what you can do!"

Tim was appointed to the Board of Directors in October 2023. Tim received his Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University in 1983. He was employed with Georgia-Pacific LLC from 1984 until his retirement in 2021, where he spent most of his years as the Environmental Manager. Tim has been a Ferguson Federal Credit Union member for nearly 50 years and is dedicated to seeing that the credit union runs efficiently, in compliance, and that the members are satisfied to the best possible extent.
