Note: Online Banking enrollment may require fewer steps than outlined for a short time after a system upgrade. Uninstall the old Ferguson GO app first.

  1. To begin the online banking enrollment, click here.
  2. Select Enroll, then enter your Member Number, Email Address, and SSN.
  3. Acknowledge the User Agreement and click Sign Up.
  4. Results:
    • Successful signup — “Success! A temporary password has been sent to your email address.”
    • Information mismatch — contact Ferguson for assistance.
  5. Check your email for a temporary password, then return to fergusonfcu.org.
  6. Click Online Banking and log in using your Member Number and temporary password.
  7. Reset your User Name and Password (min 8 characters; include upper, lower, number & special character).
  8. Set up three authentication questions and your confidence word (shows at sign‑in to confirm the authentic site).
  9. Sign up complete!
