This upgrade will impact Online Banking, Mobile App, and Bill Pay. During this period, these services will be temporarily unavailable as we make system improvements.

Will Ferguson Federal Credit Union be open during the upgrade?

No. All of our digital banking systems will be temporarily offline. Our staff will still monitor urgent member emails during this time.

Do I need to re-enroll in Online Banking?

Yes. Once the upgrade is complete, you’ll log in as a new user and follow a quick re-enrollment process. We’ll send you a link when it’s time to get started.

What happens with the Mobile App?

You’ll simply delete the old app and download the new Ferguson GO Mobile App. It’s faster, easier to navigate, and includes new features our members have asked for!

Can I access my account during the upgrade?

Unfortunately, account access will be unavailable while we complete the upgrade. Once the new system is live, you’ll be able to log in and enjoy the improved experience.

Will I be able to use ATMs?

Yes! You can continue to make deposits and withdrawals during the upgrade. Deposits will post once the system is back online.

Do I need to re-enter my payee information in Bill Pay?

Yes. Since we’re launching a new Bill Pay system, you’ll need to re-enter your payees once you log in after the upgrade.

Will Bill Pay be unavailable during the upgrade?

Yes. Bill Pay will be paused from October 31 – November 3. Please schedule any payments before those dates.

What if my bill payment is scheduled during the upgrade?

Any scheduled Bill Pay transactions during the downtime won’t process. You’ll need to make those payments manually to avoid delays.

If I can’t use Bill Pay to make my loan payment, what are my options?

We’ll waive official check and money order fees to help during the downtime. Simply contact us if you need assistance with a loan payment.

Will any late fees be waived if I can’t make my payment?

We encourage you to make payments before the upgrade window to avoid delays. Unfortunately, member late fees will not be waived.

Is this upgrade related to a federal mandate or regulation?

No. This is a local upgrade to provide members with better features, stronger security, and an enhanced experience. It’s all part of our ongoing investment in you!
