We Are Upgrading our Banking System!

Our system upgrade is scheduled for April 28 - May 1, 2023. This will impact:

  • Online Banking

  • Mobile App

  • Bill Pay

Will your credit union be open during the upgrade?

No. All of our banking services will be down. We’ll be answering URGENT emails only.

Do I need to re-enroll in Online Banking?

Yes. You will need to re-enroll as a new user.

What happens with the Mobile App?

You will need to delete our current app and download our NEW Mobile App.

Can I access my account during the upgrade?

No. You will not have access to your account(s).

Will I be able to use ATMs?

You will be able to use ATMs for your transactions during the upgrade. You’ll be able to make unlimited deposits and up to $600 in ATM withdrawals.

Is there a change to point-of-sale transaction limits?

There is no change in the normal limit.

Do I need to re-enter my payee information in Bill Pay?

Yes. Because it’s a new system, all bill payees need to be re-entered.

Will Bill Pay be unavailable during the upgrade?

Yes. Bill Pay will be unavailable from April 28 - May 1, 2023.

What if my bill payment is scheduled during the upgrade?

You’ll need to manually pay your bill since our system will be down.

If I can’t use Bill Pay to pay my loan through Ferguson FCU, what are my other options?

We’ll waive official check and money order fees to help with payments.

Will any late fees be waived if I can’t pay my loan during the upgrade?

No. Member late fees will not be waived.

Is this upgrade in conjunction with a federal mandate or any changes at the Federal Reserve?

No. This is a local change to allow our members access to better products and services. We have planned our upgrade for over a year and we are excited to offer our membership an upgrade!
