Frequently asked questions

If you don't see your question here, reach out - we're glad to help.
More of our members are choosing to bank online, by phone, and through Ferguson Anywhere rather than visiting a branch in person. As New Hebron branch traffic has declined, we made the decision to consolidate in-person service at our Monticello branch so we can keep investing in the technology and staff that serve all of our members.
No. Your account number, debit card, checks, direct deposits, and online/mobile banking all continue to work exactly as they do today. The only thing changing is where you'd go for in-person service.
If you have a safe deposit box at the New Hebron branch, we'll contact you directly before the closing date to help you either transfer it to Monticello or arrange a time to empty it. You don't need to take action until we reach out.
Yes, you can either utilize the ATM or the secure depository. Deposits made through the secure depository may take additional time to process. Funds will be credited to your account within five (5) business days of the date of deposit; no later than close of business on the following Wednesday.
Yes, ATM services will remain open at this location.
Ferguson Anywhere lets you talk face-to-face with a team member by video for most of what you'd do in a branch. You can also bank by phone, mail, or online banking.
Yes. This is a change in branch location only - your deposits remain federally insured by the NCUA up to the maximum allowed by law, exactly as before.
Call, visit us in branch, or connect through Ferguson Anywhere - see the contact options below.
